Common questions

The microphone or voice input is not working

Check that Microphone and Speech Recognition are on for 6days in the iPhone's Settings. Voice input needs on-device recognition for your language, so it may not be available in every language on every phone. You can always type instead.

A word in my transcript or prayer is wrong

Tap the text to correct it, then tap Save changes. The answer you received stays as it was given.

Translation is not offered

Translation runs on the iPhone, so it needs iOS 18 or later and a language pair the iPhone supports. iOS may ask to download a language the first time. You can also add languages in the iPhone's Settings under Apps, then Translate.

It says it cannot find passages right now

Finding passages needs an internet connection and has daily limits. Your Bible, notes, prayers and journal still work without it.

Can I move my prayers to a new phone?

Yes, by restoring from an encrypted iCloud or computer backup. There is no account or server copy, so we cannot recover them for you.

How do I get a refund for a gift?

Gifts are handled by Apple. You can request a refund from Apple.
